Biography
Chandrika Rathee is an Assistant Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). She holds a PhD in Business Studies from IE University in Spain. Her research focuses on innovation disclosures and evaluations, with particular attention to how ideas, creative outputs, and innovation projects are communicated and evaluated across organizational and multi-audience settings. Her work spans a range of empirical contexts, including clinical trials, cultural entrepreneurs on digital platforms such as YouTube, and Bollywood film productions.
Her research has been accepted for publication in leading management and innovation journals, such as the Strategic Management Journal and Research Policy. Furthermore, she is a participant in the Dutch national funding plan for the societal effects of digitalization.
