Biography
**Jiska Engelbert** (PhD, Aberystwyth 2009) is Associate Professor at the Erasmus School of Social & Behavioural Sciences at ÃÀÅ®¸£ÀûµçÓ°ÔºÎçÒ¹ and Endowed Professor on the Ien Dales Chair in the Faculty of Governance & Global Affairs (FGGA) at Leiden University . Within ESSB's Department of Public Administration & Sociology (DPAS), she leads Team Public Issues & Imaginaries. Moreover, she is Academic Director of the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for BOLD Cities, and she co-leads the smart cities and communities theme within the Erasmus Vital Cities and Citizens Initiative.
