Biography
Digitization and automation are progressing fast in the transport and logistics sector. I am curious to find out how new technologies will emerge in logistics. Specifically my research focuses on how so-called Connected and Automated Transport technologies will impact business model innovation of several actors - such as transporters, shippers and port authorities - in the road freight sector.
My research in this PhD is closely related to my work as a research consultant at the Sustainable Transport and Logistics group of TNO.
