Biography

Sameer Mehta is an Associate Professor of Technology and Operations Management at the Rotterdam School of Management.

His research investigates the governance challenges and strategic dynamics that shape modern data markets. He employs quantitative techniques such as mechanism design, optimization, and cooperative and non-cooperative game theory to study the operational and economic questions that emerge in this domain.

Before joining RSM, he was an Assistant Professor at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Dallas and an integrated M.Sc. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
