Biography

Yongkang Yang is PhD candidate of Organizational Behavior at the Department of Organization and Personnel Management, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research focuses on understanding how teams change/develop over time and the intricate team interactions in a dynamic world, seeking strategies to overcome the challenges and seize the opportunities for teams to achieve higher performance. His second area of research focuses on prosocial behavior, employee well-being and unethical behavior. His research has been published in Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Happiness Studies.
